缔造出无数音乐历史纪录的英国国民摇滚乐团“皇后合唱团Queen”，于1973年出道。主唱Freddie Mercury震撼度十足的嗓音，厚实而充满深度的和声，加上以吉他编织出如交响乐史诗般的磅礡原创旋律，在在让听者为之动容。1991年11月24日主唱Freddie Mercury因罹患爱滋病引发急性肺炎辞世。团员将其遗作整理后，推出最后代表作《Made In Heaven》（1995），该专辑在全世界缔造700万张的惊人销售纪录。Freddie Mercury逝世后，皇后合唱团的评价年年攀升，进入21世纪后，该团光荣登上“摇滚名人殿堂(Rock Roll Hall Of Fame)”、“好莱坞星光大道(Walk Of Fame)”、以及“创作名人堂(Songwriters Hall Of Fame)”。

2008年，皇后合唱团与新任主唱Paul Rodgers发行暌违13年的全新专辑《摇滚星空The Cosmos Rocks》，2009，唱片公司也再度特别整理，发行第二套收录13张皇后合唱团历年金曲的复刻版单曲。13张复刻版单曲皆有专属精美纸套、外层更以厚壳盒装作为整体收纳，而此套装单曲组也采全球限量发行！在每张光盘的交换过程中，主唱Freddie Mercury与皇后合唱团的摇滚魅力，将再次撼动每个摇滚乐迷的热血与心灵。
