- 法兰西斯·艾伯特·辛纳屈（英语：Francis Albert Sinatra，1915年12月12日－1998年5月14日），暱称法兰克·辛纳屈（Frank Sinatra），绰号瘦皮猴，著名美国男歌手和奥斯卡奖得奖演员。常被公认为20世纪最优秀的美国流行男歌手之一。
法兰克·辛纳屈的音乐生涯始于摇摆乐时代，最初曾与哈利·詹姆士和汤米·多尔西一同合作，但在1940年代初便转而成为独唱歌手，并因此取得了极大的成就。1950年代初，辛纳屈一度陷入低潮，但因成功在1953年因演出电影取得奥斯卡最佳男配角奖而卷土重来。辛纳屈曾经与Capitol唱片签约，并发行了好几张广受好评的唱片（当中包括《In the Wee Small Hours》、《Songs For Swingin' Lovers》、《Come Fly With Me》、《Only the Lonely》和《Nice 'n' Easy》）。他后来又离开了Capitol唱片，转为自立门户，创立属于自己的Reprise唱片（当中著名唱片计有《Ring-A-Ding-Ding》、《Sinatra at the Sands]》和《Francis Albert Sinatra & Antonio Carlos Jobim》），除了周游各地外，在1960年代初甚至与鼠党及美国总统甘迺迪建立起亲如兄弟的友谊。在1965年，即辛纳屈步入50岁的那年，他发行了一套名为《September of My Years》的唱片，作为对自己的回顾，其后他又有《Strangers in the Night》和《My Way》等曲更成为了脍炙人口的名曲。辛纳屈在后期曾尝试贴近乐坛的转变，而发行过好几份风格截然不同的唱片，这些唱片之中的部份歌曲虽然曾在电影中播放过，可是始终不获好评，结果促使他在1971年宣布退休。不过到了1973年，辛纳屈宣布复出，除了在1976年娶芭芭拉·马克思（Barbara Marx）为妻，又重新发行唱片（其中又以《New York, New York》一曲最为有名），环游各地演出，一直到在1995年才再度淡出。
法兰克·辛纳屈共有3名孩子，分别名为南希、小法兰克和蒂娜，而这3名孩子都是他的首任妻子南希·巴白图（Nancy Barbato）所生。法兰克·辛纳屈一生共有四段婚姻，除第一段婚姻外，他曾先后和阿娃·嘉娜、米亚·花露和芭芭拉·马克思结婚。当中与芭芭拉之婚姻一直维持到他逝世。
