- 伊莲·佩姬OBE（英语：Elaine Paige，父姓彼克史达夫 (Bickerstaff)，1948年3月5日－），英国歌手、演员与著名音乐剧名伶。成长于伦敦北部巴内特，佩姬就读于艾达·大众特戏剧学校，并于1964年首次登上职业舞台进行演出。1968年的摇滚音乐剧《发》，则是佩姬初次在西区剧院登台演出作品。
接下来的十年，在饰演了一连串的角色后，佩姬雀屏中选，在1978年音乐剧《艾薇塔》的首次演出中饰演伊娃·裴隆，为佩姬带来了更广大观众的关注。佩姬并以此赢得了奥立佛奖年度最佳音乐剧演出。1981年，她演出了《猫》中葛莉兹贝拉一角，并以剧中历久不衰的〈回忆〉一曲挤进热门歌曲前十名。1985年，佩姬与芭芭拉·迪克森合作，为音乐剧《棋王》发行专辑《我如此了解他》，其至今仍保持着最畅销女声二重唱的唱片纪录。佩姬随后演出了《棋王》的音乐剧，并接着领衔主演《百无禁忌》，同时也参与了该剧的制作。
佩姬于1996年以《日落大道》初登百老汇舞台，担任主角诺玛·黛丝蒙，获得舆论的一致好评。2000年到2001年间，佩姬演出了《国王与我》，六年后再以《半醉伴护》重返西区剧院。佩姬也参与电影与电视演出。
