Of course, those two songs are worth the price of the CD, but, in addition, you'll hear 'A Nightingale Sung In Berkeley Square,' sung a cappella, from the Gene Puerling arrangement. (Gene won a Grammy for this one!) Also: the Caribbean-influenced '(Wanted) Dead or Alive,' with it's steel drums and cowbell-infectious-and Charlie Parker's 'Confirmation,' which predicates the group's exploration of vocalese.
