- 来自苏格兰的The View，由Kyle Falconer(主唱/吉他手)、Kieren Webster(主唱/贝斯手)、Peter Reilly(吉他手)以及Steven Morrison(鼓手)四位还在高中就读的死党，参加校内的才艺比赛后，便不断透过机会好让全新创作以及翻唱作品能精彩表现给更多同学们看到，离开校园生活，The View开始在当地俱乐部中表演，既使三位小鬼都尚未满20岁，但是充满精力旺盛的舞台演出，加入粗糙Ska-Punk响音，混搭复古气流交错进行，赢得独立界好评不断，甚至引起美国市场的注意。2006年首支暖身作＜Wasted Little DJs＞，登上英国金榜Top15，入选NME“2006年50首最佳单曲”高居第九名，2007年的NME音乐奖荣获公开票选最佳单曲。
