特洛伊·希文（英语：Troye Sivan，/trɔɪ sᵻˈvɑːn/，1995年6月5日－），原名特洛伊·希文·梅莱（Troye Sivan Mellet），是一位出生在南非的犹太裔澳洲演员、YouTube名人、歌手和词曲创作人。作为演员，希文在2009年的X战警系列电影《X战警：金钢狼》中出演了少年时期的詹姆斯·豪利特，之后又主演了南非电影《马铃薯》三部曲。而作为YouTube名人，希文于2007年创建了自己的YouTube频道“TroyeSivan18”，定期上传影片，截至2018年3月已经拥有450万订阅者，影片总播放量超过2.7亿次。

2013年6月，希文以歌手的身份与澳洲百代唱片签约，并在2014年8月15日发行了首张主流厂牌迷你专辑《TRXYE》。专辑发行后在美国公告牌二百强专辑榜上最高排名第5位。专辑的首支单曲《Happy Little Pill》也登上澳洲单曲榜的第10位和新西兰单曲榜的第2位。2015年9月，希文发行了自己的第二张主流厂牌迷你专辑《Wild》；同年12月4日发行了首张录音室专辑《Blue Neighbourhood》。专辑获得乐评界的好评，在美国公告牌二百强专辑榜上最高排名第7位。

2014年，希文凭借与另一位YouTube名人泰勒·奥克利合作的影片《The 'Boyfriend' Tag》获得当年青少年选择奖的“最受欢迎网络合作”奖。2014年10月，《时代》杂志将希文列为“2014年最有影响力的25位青少年”之一。2014年11月还被美国同性恋时尚杂志《OUT》评为“2014年OUT杂志百大人物”之一。2014年和2015年，希文先后两次被美国音乐杂志《公告牌》评为“21位21岁以下的最佳歌手”（'21 Under 21'）之一，分别排名第17位和第6位。
