'Piece of Me' is a song written by Christian Karlsson, Pontus Winnberg, and Klas Åhlund and recorded by American singer Britney Spears. It is the second single from Spears's fifth studio album Blackout.
The track was released for radio airplay on November 27, 2007 in the U.S.[1] and November 29 in the UK. It is also gained airplay on radio stations across the world. In conjunction to the heavy radio airplay, the single has so far become a top twenty hit in the United States, a top ten hit in Bulgaria and Sweden, a top five hit in New Zealand and Canada, a top two hit in the UK and a number one hit in Ireland.
