Belle和Sebastian是1996年1月在格拉斯哥成立的苏格兰乐队。由Stuart Murdoch领衔，乐队迄今发行了9张专辑。他们的大部分工作已经在吉普斯纪录上发布，但他们现在已经签署了英国的粗糙贸易记录和美国的Matador Records。尽管经常被评论家称赞，但是百丽和塞巴斯蒂安在商业上取得了有限的成功。
