詹姆斯·迪维特·扬西（James Dewitt Yancey，1974年2月7日 - 2006年2月10日），更为人熟知的名字是J Dilla和Jay Dee，他是美国唱片制作人兼说唱歌手，他从1990年代中期在密歇根州底特律的地下嘻哈音乐会三分之一的著名音乐组织贫民窟村。根据他在NPR的讣告，他是“音乐界最有影响力的嘻哈艺术家”之一，曾与包括A Tribe Called Quest，De La Soul，Busta Rhymes，Erykah Badu，The Roots，Pharcyde和Common。 Yancey于2006年去世了血液病血栓性血小板减少性紫癜。
